A head mid-emergence, or mid-dissolution — it's genuinely unclear which direction this is going. Except it is a fish. An unfishished fish. The eye is the most resolved thing in the frame: concentric, spiral, completely awake. Everything else is still becoming. The title is doing a lot of work here — Unfishished Business is not an incomplete drawing. It's a drawing about incompleteness, and the fish has opinions about being left in this state.
