SANGRE DE CRISTOS — CIRCUITS

Every other piece in the series operates in multiple colors. Circuits reduces everything to two: orange and black. The result is the most graphically forceful image in the collection — bold mountain silhouettes with no gradients, no edge highlighting, just form against void. What's different here is where the technology lives. In earlier pieces the circuit board rises upward from the valley into the sky. In Circuits it has come down — sprawling through the riverbed and across the foreground rocks in dense PCB traces, as if the signal has finally reached the ground and is spreading through the earth itself. This piece would work at any scale: postage stamp to billboard. It's the piece that should be on the merch.
